I thought I'd take a moment to highlight some Adventures of Blink from the past year that appear to have made some waves. Let's take a look: Almost 1000 views, all by itself - Trust Is The New Pizza Party Over 500 views - Organizational Immunosuppressants Over 500 views - The DevEx Audit How to Build Trust With Engineers - A Guide for Execs : I loved writing this post because in my experience, it's probably the most overlooked skill of leaders. Blink vs. The Gilded Rose: The Refactor Gambit : While there's not a lot of "writing" in this post, it was the coolest video I've filmed yet. The refactoring work actually got completed almost in 1 take - I had expected to have to edit more heavily but I was just kinda in the zone and everything worked well! I'm Remote, Not Disengaged : I loved writing this one because of all the posts I've ever written, you can hear my heart in this one the most. I believe that the Great Societal Remote Work Experiment gave us an opportunity to learn something amazing about work-life balance and the fact that so many leaders are rushing back to the office is a sign that we're missing something.
