Hardware Canucks has posted a performance preview of Qualcomm's new second-gen Snapdragon X2 PC chip. And with the very heavy proviso that it's a video sponsored by none other than Qualcomm, we can say that, well, it looks decent but not hugely exciting.
The comparison here is a bit tricky given all the different possible chip SKUs offered by the various vendors, including Qualcomm itself, Intel, AMD and Apple. And you might argue that the chips used for the comparison are not the best choices. Even the Qualcomm X2 chip used isn't the absolute fastest model, but at least all the various vendors are represented.
