The development of these languages for Galaxy AI was carried out in collaboration with Samsung’s research centers in Indonesia and India. With these additions, Galaxy AI now supports 22 different languages, which are spoken by nearly 74% of the global population, or 5.9 billion people.

Samsung reports that more than 70% of Galaxy S25 owners regularly engage with Galaxy AI and Google Gemini, while 47% of users rely “a lot” on AI in their daily lives.

The company expects Galaxy AI to reach over 400 million devices by the end of this year, following on from reaching 200 million in 2024.
